"Well maybe there's a clue out here." Morrigan said before jumpping out the hole in the wall. "Luminaria" she muttered under her breath and ball of light appeared floating infront of her. Without waiting for Terry or Cate, Morrigan started down the alley following her conjured light.

Terry growled slightly when Morrigan went off alone. "Wait up," he called out. The young wolf didn't wait for a response. He just leapt out of the same hole and followed Morrigan.

"Oh Christ on earth. Do they ever stop?" Cate muttered to herself, hovering slightly on her wings to give her extra speed as she propelled after them (At a safe distance, mind you), reminding herself she did it to make sure they didn't get themselves killed, and it was entirely about them needing her than about her needing them.

Morrigan either ignored what the others said or she didn't hear them, because she certainly didn't respond. Instead she kept walking, to see where the alley led. Finally she reached the end with a frown. Morrigan kicked the wal in frustration.
"Nothing, absolutely nothing. What a waste." she said annoyed.

Terry sniffed the air as he caught up with Morrigan. His sense of smell, though better than a human's, didn't pick up anything remotely like that monstrosity. The wolf boy growled his annoyance, bearing his teeth in the process. "Come on," Terry started after a moment, "let's go."

"Don't get too put out, wolfyboy," smiled Cate as she came up behind him and landed with her stillettoes on the floor. "Things that big don't just disappear. Not even in this world. So why not search for clues, Scooby?" she said, ruffling his hair as one would a dog.

"Well, if Terry gets to be Scooby, then I get to be Daphne." Morrigan laughed.

"I'll fight you for it," said Cate with a grin, raising her fists and laughing. She rarely got along with Morrigan, but when she did, she liked to act as if it was perfectly normal.

Morrigan grinned. She would never fight Cate. It would be suicide. But it was fun to joke.
"Goddess! Whats that?" Morrigan screamed and pointed pretending to see something behind Cate.

"I know you too well for this game, Morrigan," said Cate with a smirk. "But what's that behind you?" she said, gazing quizzically at the wall.

"Do you really think I'd fall for my own trick, Cate?" Morrigan asked shaking her head. "I thought you said you knew me."

"I do," said Cate, disappearing before Morrigan had time to react and reappearing not an inch behind her, "but that doesn't mean I'm not always one step ahead of you," she said into Morrigan's ear, a fast enough movement to make even Terry jump.

Morrigan jumpped and let out a yelp. She glared at the succubus.
"Don't do that!"If it had been Terry she would have hit him. In this case she didn't dare. So instead she hit Terry. "Tell her not to do that."

"Hey, what the hell?" Terry growled. He had just been watching the whole exchange in silence. At the same time though, he was having to resist shapeshifting and tearing off Cate's hand.

"But I can't hit her. She'll hurt me." Morrigan explained.
